Shinies from gen 1-5 were computer generated. Some were good, some were awful. Gen 6-9 are are person made. Yet somehow there are still shite shiny’s being made

So I decided to power up the shiny Chansey to use in gyms that already have a Blissey since it’s still a really good defender.

At first I was disappointed at Shiney Snorlax then I remembered that snorlax is, perfect. To remain perfect he must remain the same. In his Shiney forme, snorlax does not change, it is just our.perception of snorlax’s perfection that changes.
Since we are imperfect trainers, our perception can only enhance snorlaxs perfects so we can not discern a change between shiny/non-shiney perfection.
Long sleep Snorlax, may the flute remain silent.
